Hello! What a blessing that Spirit led you here. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about Yoga on the Land.
This section will give you an inside look at what a typical day on the road will be like, and a deeper understanding of everything that is available to you on this journey. We’re covering a lot of bases here. Literally. Yoga on the Land is part yoga retreat, part leadership development program, and part road trip. There’s really nothing like it out there at this time. We understand that it’s a lot, so if you have any questions, feel free to email us at peace [at] yogaontheland [dot] org, and we’ll be sure to get back to you. Your questions will help us formulate our FAQ section, so we greatly appreciate your reaching out.
Our road trip will kick off in Leesburg, VA and land in the Grand Canyon on the full moon. We’ll have a big celebration and ceremony at our camp there when we arrive. On the way back we’ll spend time in Sedona before traveling back east through the south and back up to Virginia with our newly fortified perspectives.
You’ll have access to daily yoga classes, meditation, journaling activities, discussion circles, and other healing focused workshops, plenty of vegan food (at least two meals a day and unlimited water, of course), and lots of fun activities set up at every stop on the way. We’ll be camping about 2/3rds of the time, and staying in hotels and cabins the rest of the time. All campsites are equipped with water, bathrooms, and showers. While we’d love for you to participate in everything, but you’ll never be pressured to take part. This is YOUR journey, so feel free to enjoy it any way that you see fit. Sit back and relax while we help you deepen your Earth connection and expand your yoga practice in a way that you have never experienced before.
